Today we are making a banana bread granola mix, this one has become my new breakfast addiction! It's very easy to make and of course a healthy way to start your day.

Not long ago my diet wasn't very healthy, we always had pre-packed cereals at home. I could eat tons of it... But now? I am constantly creating new ideas in the kitchen and I promise this granola won't fail you.


LET'S START MAKING THE BEST GRANOLA EVER!

Homemade banana bread granola with chocolate chips and fresh nutritious nuts! Not many ingredients needed!! So... what are you waiting for?

PREP TIME: 10 MIN COOK TIME: 20 MIN TOTAL TIME: 30 MIN

CUISINE: BANANA BREAD GRANOLA


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 mashed bananas

  • 4 cups of oats

  • 1/4 cup of honey

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • Walnuts

  • Pecans

  • Cashew nuts

  • Chocolate chips


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180Cº.

  2. Mash the bananas.

  3. Mix the bananas with the honey and tahini until well combined. Then add the rest of the ingredients and again, mix it until well combined.

  4. Let it bake for 20 minutes and then check it is crunchy, if not, let it bake for some more minutes.

  5. Let it cool before serving.
