If it's a hot day and you want something fresh and light for dessert, then this is for you! A No-Bake Strawberry Greek Yogurt Tart. It's delicious, fresh and with a lot of vitamins and minerals because of the fruit!

If you don't feel using strawberries, blueberries and raspberries is the best option for you, then don't. This recipe can be made with any kind of fruit that you like!
I kind of feel I am obsessed with sweet food and today it was a very summery day so I decided to make this beauty. I used delicious fresh fruit and it came out AMAZING!

INGREDIENTS:
For the crust
1 cup raw pecans
1 cup raw walnuts
10 Medjool dates, soaked in warm water for 10minutes
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
For the filling
1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
½ frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
For the topping
1 strawberry thinly sliced
Blueberries
Raspberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
With a food processor mix the pecans and walnuts until it looks like a semi-fine meal. Then add the medjool dates until the mixture holds together.
Press the dough into a tart pan forming an even crust along the base and sides. When this is done let the crust chill for 8 minutes in the freezer.
After you can start making the filling by mixing the greek yogurt with the frozen strawberries. When this is done and 8 minutes have pass, you can take the crust out of the tart pan and put it on a round plate to serve later.
Spread the filling over the crust and then top it with the fruit you chose.
