Spaghettis with creamy pesto sauce and sun-dried tomatoes

I made this once without having any idea what I was making and when a sat to eat I just experienced a whole new sensation, I mean OMG how delicious can a spaghetti plate be! So yes I can say this spaghetti with a creamy pesto sauce and some sun-dried tomatoes are my fav plate to make at home!!

Doesn't this picture just make your mouth water? Really, you will love this recipe. And it's not just delicious but easy and quick to make!


The spaghetti I used is made of buckwheat flour, thus gluten free, but feel free to use any kind you like the most!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup basil

  • 1 tbsp pine nuts

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp avocado

  • 1/4 garlic glove

  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes

  • 1 tsp oil from the sun-dried tomatoes

  • Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. First start preparing the pasta by boiling some water and then adding the spaghettis.

  2. While the spaghettis are cooking, prepare the sauce. You just need to combine all the ingredients together into a food processor.

  3. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into smaller pieces.

  4. Finally, when the spaghettis are cooked, add the sauce and the sun-dried tomatoes on them and mix it well so that the sauce is on all the spaghettis. Enjoy!
