Who else is OBSESSED with oats? Cos I am! I practically eat oats almost every day and lately I'm really into this banana baked oats with looots of fruit for toppings and of course loots of peanut butter.
What I love most about baked oats is that you can add so many things that make it so tasteful. And not only inside of it but also on top!
Customize it and make it your own breakfast dream!!

CATEGORY: BREAKFAST
METHOD: BAKING
CUISINE: BAKED OATS
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 mashed banana
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup milk (I used almond milk)
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
Toppings I used:
1 square of chocolate
1 big tbsp of peanut butter
I mashed some raspberries
Blueberries
Strawberries
The other half of the banana
INSTRUCTIONS:Â
Preheat the oven at 180ºC.
Mash the banana and then mix it with all the other ingredients into a bowl until well combined.
Put it into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes (depending on the texture you like)
When finished put as many toppings as you want (If you use chocolate, put it on top just as you get out the oats so that they are as warm as possible to melt your chocolate).
Finally, let it cool for some minutes and ENJOY!
