Here you have an easy and moist Chocolate chip Banana Bread Recipe! It's fluffy and of course absolutely delicious. Sooo, don't miss it out... Oh, and it's gluten free!!

This banana bread uses a combination of oat flour and almond flour which are easy to make yourself if you don't have any at home. I hope you’ll love this banana bread as much as I do!

INGREDIENTS:
4 mashed bananas
1/4 cup of milk (any type, I used almond milk)
1/3 cup cane sugar
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup nut butter (I used peanut butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp flax meal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
Cinnamon to taste (I like to add a lot)
Chocolate chips to taste
Walnuts to add on top
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven at 180ºC and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas in a big bowl.
Add the milk, sugar, nut butter, vanilla extract, coconut oil and flax meal. Mix them until completely combined.
Now add the oat flour, almond flour, baking poder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
When it is completely mixed, add the chocolate chips.
Pour it into the prepared pan. Add some walnuts on top.
Bake for 50 minutes (take a look at it when it has been cooking for 40 minutes, all ovens are different).
Once done let it cool for 10 minutes and get it out of the loaf pan to let it cool completely.
