If you are looking for a quick satiating snack this is for you! INCREDIBLE hummus with veggies. It's really easy to make a creamy smooth homemade hummus and of course it's much more tasty than store-bought hummus.

This snack can be eaten with veggies such as carrots, cucumber or celery OR it can be eaten with nachos or small toasts. So, you can combine it with whatever you like the best.
Don't forget that store-bought hummus is less healthy than homemade hummus since the homemade one is made with fresh, real and healthy ingredients!

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup chickpeas, previously cooked
1 clove garlic chopped
2 tsp extra virgin oil
Pinch of salt
1 tsp cumin
Paprika to taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp tahini or sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until the the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Cut your veggies into sticks or take your toasts out and enjoy!
Note: If you want it to be more liquid you can add some water.
