This easy mix bars are a great snack or breakfast that will fill you up right away. They have a mix of nuts, dried fruits, oats... They are a great source of energy with all the nuts and dates that they have and what is most important, you will definitely enjoy them!
Don't they look delicious? YES I KNOW. Oh, another amazing thing about these bars is that you can choose what kind of nuts or dried fruits you want!
You can break them into pieces and add them into your yogurt bowl!

INGREDIENTS:
100 gr of mixed nuts and dried fruits (I used cashew nuts, almonds, pecans, raisins and walnuts)
200 gr oats (I used GF)
50 gr medjool dates (previously soaked in water)
2 tbsp agave syrup or honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange
20 ml water (add more if needed to get all the ingredients sticked together)
Melted chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS:
Soak the dates into warm water for at least 20 minutes. When you get them out take of their peel and put them into a food processor together with the 20ml water and honey to form a paste.
Preheat the oven at 180ºC and prepare a baking sheet (a little bit deep) with parchment paper.
Mash the nuts and mix them with the dried fruits and oats.
Now mix the dried ingredients with the paste you made from the dates, honey and water.
Put the mix into the baking sheet pressing it all together forming a rectangle or square. Let some space around the edges.
Bake them for 15 minutes.
When finished you can melt some chocolate and drizzle some on top.
Finally, let it cool for some minutes and ENJOY!
