Sweet or salty snacks? What do you prefer? Well if you love to have a little salty snack here I have an idea for you: Parmesan cookies! They are delicious and super easy to make.

Not only are these cookies DELICIOUS but they will fill you up very quickly, so you will avoid overeating. This is because of the oats, they have a filling power as they are high in fiber content.
If your goal is to loose weight don't forget to include oats to your daily meals!

They can lower your cholesterol.
They may help preventing type 2 diabetes.
They may boost your immune system.

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp ground nuts
50 gr. oat flakes
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 egg white
1 small garlic clove
Basil to taste
1 tsp virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 180Cº.
Mix all the ingredients. They should stick together, if not add a little bit more of virgin olive oil.
Form small balls and then press them to create the cookie form.
Put them in the oven and let them bake for 10 minutes, then turn them around and let them bake for 5 more minutes.
Let them cool off before serving. With this recipe you get 8 cookie, if you want more just double the ingredients quantity.
