These plums crumble bars are so much more than amazing! They have this contrast between chewy and crunchy, they are tasteful and refreshing.

If you love some sweet snack this can't be missing in your fridge! Believe me, you will love them and they will vanish in just two days.
First time I made them with strawberries and they also were delicious. Now I made them with fresh plums from my trees in the garden and damn I don't regret anything about it.

METHOD: BAKING
CUISINE: PLUMS CRUMBLE BARS
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup of honey
2 1/2 cups almond flour
couple pinches of sea salt
Homemade plums jam (or strawberry)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Mix the coconut flour, honey, almond flour and sea salt in a bowl.
Put about 2/3 of the mixture into a bread pan lined with parchment paper and press it to make an even layer.
Bake for about 10 minutes until the edges are golden brown. While it's in the oven make your homemade jam by just shredding the plums or strawberries. (I don't add any sugar but if you want to feel free).
When the first part of the mixture which you had in the oven is done and a bit cooled, spread the jam on top of it and after, spread the remaining crumble on top. Bake for another 10 minutes until it's golden-brown.
Let it cool and store it in the fridge before serving.
