Protein bliss balls

Whether it’s in the morning or mid-afternoon, sometimes you need a healthy, energy-filled snack to give you that boost. These protein bliss balls provide a combination of healthy and energy-providing foods!

What's even better is that you don't need any food processor to make them! Only smashing your dates with a fork and then mixing everything with a spoon or with your hands.
Perfect pre-workout snack when working out within 30 minutes!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup shredded coconut.
1/4 cup oats (add 2 tbsp if you don't use protein powder).
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional).
5 medjool dates (previously soaked in water)
1tbsp peanut butter.
3 tbsp almond milk.
1 cup melted chocolate.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Smash the dates to create a paste and add them into the bowl. Mix with your hands to start having a combined mixture.
Then, add the peanut butter and almond milk. Now mix until completely combined.
When the mix is done you can start creating small balls (try to make them equal).
Finally, melt some chocolate and dip the bliss balls into it.
Let them in the fridge until the chocolate is hard.
